Opportunity: How we think we spend our time and how we actually spend our time are often two very different things. Time tracking, even for just a short period of time, can help shine light on the actual reality of where you’re spending time.

Recent Experiences & Insights:

• Started tracking again the week of January 9th because I was feeling overwhelmed by some new responsibilities. I have two projects that are supposed to be split 35% and 50% and other responsibilities that are somehow supposed to fit in that remaining 15%. I think I’m going to continue doing it for at least the next couple weeks or until I feel like I have my responsibilities more or less dialed in.
